Terms of Service
Effective August 15, 2026
The $300 diagnosis is a bounded investigation with up to two hours of attempted repair. It is not a guaranteed fix.
Agreement and scope
These terms apply when you purchase services from WPQuickKit. The specific scope, timing, access requirements, and deliverables will be confirmed before payment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the WooCommerce Emergency Diagnosis includes investigation, a written summary, and up to two hours of hands-on repair work.
No guaranteed outcome
Technical problems can involve third-party software, hosting limitations, damaged data, custom code, or conditions outside our control. We will use reasonable professional care, but we do not promise that an issue can be reproduced or resolved within the included time.
Customer responsibilities
- You confirm that you are authorized to request work on the systems you provide.
- You will provide accurate information and disclose relevant changes or known risks.
- You are responsible for maintaining current backups and approving live-site changes.
- You will not send credentials through the public intake form.
Access and changes
Where practical, access should be temporary and limited to what the work requires. We may decline a risky production change, recommend staging, or pause work if adequate backup or authorization cannot be confirmed.
Fees and additional work
Fees are due as stated before work begins. Work beyond the confirmed scope requires a separate quote and your approval. Except where required by law or separately agreed, time already spent investigating or performing the service is non-refundable.
Third-party services
WPQuickKit is not responsible for outages, policy changes, defects, or decisions made by hosting companies, payment gateways, plugins, themes, marketplaces, or other third parties. References to WordPress, WooCommerce, or other brands do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WPQuickKit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability arising from a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending an engagement
Either party may end an engagement if the other materially breaches the agreed terms. We may stop work involving unlawful activity, unauthorized access, harassment, unsafe conditions, or nonpayment.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future services. Questions can be sent by replying to any WPQuickKit message or through the intake form.
