Privacy Policy
Effective August 15, 2026
Please do not submit passwords, API keys, payment information, or customer data through our intake form.
Information we collect
When you request help, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, store URL, customer type, urgency, and description of the issue. Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, determine whether WPQuickKit is a good fit, respond to you, provide requested services, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We may use reputable providers for website hosting, email, payments, scheduling, and secure access. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us. If a project requires access to your website, we will arrange that separately and ask you to use temporary, limited credentials where practical.
Retention and security
We retain intake and service records only as long as reasonably needed for support, business, security, and legal purposes. No online system is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable safeguards and limit the information requested at the intake stage.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep for legal or legitimate business reasons. Reply to any message from WPQuickKit to make a request.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The effective date above will change when material revisions are published.
